It just isn't viable to make and send you the lancework Kieth... but how about forming the letters with sparklers on a length of wood and then buy some quick fuse (I think you can get that quite easily there). You can then stick the top of the sparklers into the length of quick fuse (use some tape to hold it in place). You will need a short length of the slower green fuse, which you can stick in the end of the quick fuse (the end that you are going to light). Then, at the right time, light the green slow fuse... which will then light the quick fuse... which will then light up the sparklers that form the letters!!! Each message is hand-made, and then attached to a template frame. The whole set-up would be incredibly expensive to send to you, as it would need to be fully set-up, and would therefore be full-size. It would also be very fragile. It simply isn't viable. HOWEVER... the GOOD news is that India has some firework companies of its own... and they may well be able to provide you with your lancework message. I have put the internet addresses of a couple of companies underneath. I hope they can help you with your very romantic gesture.
