Professional Firework Display Packages
Firework Display Packages from 10,000 baht upwards come under the heading of ‘Professional Firework Displays’, and come under 2 categories… these being…
(1) ‘Mixed’ display packages. These consist of a mixture of the smaller-diameter multi-shot repeater fireworks (used to provide a lower-level constant background of colourful aerial effects) and the larger diameter professional single-shot mortars (from 3 inch diameter up to 10 inches) which give huge aerial sky-bursts of numerous colours and with multiple effects.
(2) ‘Big Bang’ display packages – which are made-up entirely of the big diameter ‘single-shot’ professional display mortars. ‘Big Bang’ displays are usually a little shorter – time-wise – but provide the kind of display you will be used to seeing on TV on New Year’s Eve, from around the world. ‘Big Bang’ displays are (very!) dramatic, exciting, loud, big, and incredibly beautiful. They are also perfect if the spectators sight-of-view is obstructed in any way (by trees for example), or if the spectators are above the level of the shoot-site (for example, on a hill-side etc).

The majority of the displays we shoot are between 10,000 and 25,000 baht, but if you need something a bit more special, with more (and bigger) bangs, then, quite simply, the bigger your budget – the bigger, better, more dramatic, and more exciting the show!
The firework display packages here are examples only, as the package can be changed to have (for example) less 3 inch Mortars, and more 4 or 5 inch Mortars… or more of the Multi-Shot Repeater fireworks, which can make the show last a little longer (these are the ‘box-like’ fireworks that you light one time, and they give you lots of shots).
Each firework display package is individually tailored to suit the shoot-site (and any limitations/safety hazards it may present) and the clients expectations. We will need to visit the proposed shoot-site prior to the display date to perform a Risk/Safety Assessment before confirming the exact contents of your individually tailored package.

Firework Displays – General Information
Making a firework display last a long time is relatively easy, and simply requires shooting the fireworks at a slower rate (leaving big empty ‘gaps’ between each firework) or the use of lots of small ‘patio-type’ fireworks to stretch things out. Although these smaller fireworks are ‘pretty’ – they will not give the type of firework display that you or your guests may be expecting… particularly if they were after a ‘professional’ firework display.
Using the smaller multi-shots to ‘pad-out’ a firework display is a trick commonly used by firework suppliers who advertise (for example) ‘A 5 minute firework display for only 10,000 baht‘… or ‘A 600 shot display for only 10,000 baht’ etc. The ’600 shots’ being, of course, the much smaller diameter – and cheaper – ‘patio-type’ fireworks, as opposed to professional display fireworks.
‘The Firework Shop’ will never mislead a client over the length of a display, or dissapoint a client by ‘padding-out’ a display… we survive on our reputation, and want to give you the best, most exciting, and most dramatic display possible for your money, and we can assure you that a shorter ‘full-on’ firework display is much more memorable (and exciting) than a longer show with small ‘patio-type’ fireworks.

The difference between this example package and the 20,000 baht example above (apart from the 5,000 baht of course!) is that there are now more opportunities to provide either extra ‘big-bangs’ (single-shot mortars), or, instead, more ‘Multi-Shot Repeaters’ (that explode slightly lower than the big Mortars, but give more shots for the money).
This example has gone for more mid-range ‘Multi-Shot Repeaters’, which would make the show last a little longer, without reducing the excitement level or appearing as a ‘padded’ show. Alternatively, we could have put more of the bigger single-shot Mortars in the package instead… giving more big bangs! This professional firework display package has a mix of fireworks that will explode at heights varying from 25 metres up to an amazing 200 metres (approx. – depending on effects). This is ideal if you and your guests/friends are all down at ground level, and have a clear view of the shoot-site.
