My husband Alan was first foreigner to join Samui Rescue as volunteer paramedic to help Thai and farang. He stands with Samui Rescue partner Chet.

Alan was also first foreigner asked to join Royal Thai Police (not Tourist Police). Here he stands with Cheif of Police of Koh Samui

Thai people think it is good to spend time in the temple with Buddha. Here I stand at the back, 3 people from left hand.

Alan also go into the temple for Buddha. He was first ever foreigner ordained as Buddhist monk on Koh Samui and stay at Wat Khon Karam, Nathon.

Sa-Mu-I is bikers gang for police, samui rescue, goverment people, and anybody. Every year they collect money from Samui people to buy equipment for a poor school in Thailand. Then Sa-Mu-I bikers take the equipment to the school. The Firework Shop supports the work of SaMuI, and Alan is member with Sa-Mu-I for 3 years already.

Alans bike. He calls it his 'Geek' which means girlfriend in Thai! He only has seat for himself, and says he doesnt share his girlfriend! ha ha.
